Jade
This is the classic Taiwanese oolong; wonderfully aromatic, very smooth, silky, and slightly sweet. Made in a Tung-Ting style. Lightly oxidized; fans of green tea will enjoy this as well.
Se Chung
"Chinese Restaraunt Tea", but better!
This oolong is known as Se Chung (“Colorful Variety”) and is on the greener side of oolongs. It steeps up sweet, silky, light to medium-bodied, with a hint of a lovely fresh floral taste and aroma. Good for multiple infusions.
